KIM ZIPFEL, BROKER ASSOCIATE, REALTOR®, GRI, MBA
With 15 years of investment management experience, Kim provides a unique, data-driven perspective to both buying and selling real estate. Kim holds a double major BSBA in Finance, and Real Estate & Urban Analysis from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Kim prides herself on providing exceptional value to her clients through detailed analysis and collaboration to achieve her client’s real estate goals.
As a resident of Central Austin since 2007 with three kids enrolled at Austin ISD schools, Kim is passionate about finding the right property to fit Austin’s ever-changing families’ needs. Kim is proud to have served as the parent and business representative at numerous AISD Campus Advisory Councils, including Bryker Woods Elementary, Small Middle School , and Liberal Arts and Science Academy (LASA). She has also held various other leadership roles within the Bryker Woods Elementary PTA including Vice President, and the chair of various other school functions to promote community and optimize the learning environment for both teachers and learners.
Kim has held leadership positions on the Executive Committees for the Bryker Woods Neighborhood Association, and the Ridgelea Neighborhood Association. She has also been active on various city and AISD initiatives including the Bull Creek Road Coalition focusing on the development of The Grove at Shoal Creek, and AISD’s Safe Routes to School Program.
When Kim’s not collaborating with clients or researching Austin’s real estate market, she can be found on the tennis court, working out at the Town Lake YMCA, running on the Hike & Bike Trail, enjoying live music at ACL Live, and foreign films at Austin Film Society, or on travel adventures with her family and friends.
